I have lost a piece to the game. How can I get a replacement?

Please email us at info@goliathgames.com with the  information below and we’d be more than happy to send you a replacement part at no charge.

1. description of the part (i.e. – Red #1 hamburger, die, small grey belt buckle etc.)

I can’t get the pig’s arms to go down. What should I do?

The arms will not go down until you have twisted the pigs tail to the left.
Note: Please make sure that you hear/feel a clicking sound
and the pigs tail stays in the left position.

If this did not work give us a call or email and we will do our best to help you further.

I can’t get the pig’s belly to inflate.

Please attempt the troubleshooting tips below. You may also watch the How to Play Pop the Pig video for a visual reference of how to play the game.

If you haven’t already please twist the tail to the left, push the arms down and close the vest.

Please make sure the pig’s tail stays in the left position until you press on his head the first time. When you first press on its head the tail will come back up and his belt and arms may shift a little which is just the game restarting.

Note: The burgers  are not necessary to perform the following step.

Please use both hands as if performing CPR
and firmly push on the top of the pig’s head until his arms pop up.
If you don’t press hard enough the pump will not work properly
and will not inflate the game’s belly.

It usually takes around 30-36 head pushes for the belly to inflate.

How do I get the burgers out of the pig?
Open the door located on the back of the pig to get the burgers out.
Does the game require batteries?
No it does not.
